This Privacy Policy explains how MoraTips ("Application", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects user data when you use the mobile application. By using this Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Overview

MoraTips is a football information app that offers daily predictions, live match updates, a full matches list, "Top Picks", and favorite match notifications. The app uses third-party ads (Google AdMob) to keep the service free.
The app does not offer or support any betting, gambling, or financial rewards.

2. Information We Collect

We collect both user-provided and automatically collected information:

• App usage data: pages visited (Today, Matches, History, Top 5 Picks), time spent in app, click and navigation behavior.
• Device information: operating system, screen size, device type (Android only).
• Ad interaction: if you watched an ad to access predictions or content.
• Notifications: if you enable notifications for favorite matches (the app stores your favorite selections locally on your device and subscribes to anonymous notification topics—no account or identity required).

We do NOT collect:

• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone
• Any personal identifiers (name, email, phone, etc.)
• Financial or payment information

3. Use of Information

• Improve the functionality and performance of the app.
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to enhance user experience.
• Serve relevant ads through Google AdMob and other trusted partners.
• Send push notifications for favorite matches (if enabled by the user).

4. Ads and Content Access

• The Application displays advertisements provided by third-party partners (including Google AdMob).
• Some features or content may require viewing an ad before access.
• No real-money, prizes, or virtual items are given for viewing ads.
• All content (predictions, stats, opinions) is for entertainment and information only.

5. No Gambling or Betting

MoraTips does not promote, facilitate, or encourage any form of betting or gambling. No real-money transactions are possible in the app, and users are never encouraged to wager or spend money as a result of using the Application.

6. Age Restriction

The Application is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If such data is detected, it will be promptly deleted.

7. Data Sharing

• We may share anonymous and aggregated data (never personal data) with third-party analytics or advertising partners solely to improve the app.
• No personal data or identity is ever sold or shared.
• The Application uses:
    • Google AdMob
    • Firebase (for crash analytics and push notifications)

8. Security

We take security seriously. Data is stored securely with technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access.

9. Data Retention

We retain technical/usage data only as long as necessary for the app’s purpose.
