Terms and Conditions – MoraTips (v1.2.0)

These Terms and Conditions apply to the MoraTips mobile application (“Application”) for Android devices, created and maintained by mwsoftwaretgl (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Application

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the Application or any part of it. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Content, Features, and Updates

Informational Purpose Only:

• The Application provides football match listings, daily predictions, statistics, and live updates for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Predictions do not constitute betting advice, and the Application does not promote, support, or facilitate any gambling activities.

Key Features in Version 1.2.0:

• Full daily matches page with top predictions for each match
• Favorites system: mark matches, receive push notifications (kickoff, goals, half-time, full-time)
• Minute-by-minute live updates
• Expandable/collapsible countries for easier browsing
• Top 5 Picks page for best daily predictions
• Today Predictions page (up to 10 per day)
• History Predictions page (full archive access)

Users are fully responsible for any decisions made based on the Application’s content. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of predictions or any other feature.

3. Privacy and Data

• The Application may collect limited technical data (such as IP address, device type, and app usage statistics) solely to improve service quality and deliver relevant ads.
• No personal identity or precise location data is collected.
• Third-party services such as AdMob may also collect usage data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services (such as AdMob for advertising). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from third-party components.

5. Internet & Charges

Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruptions due to poor connectivity or for any mobile data charges.

6. Device Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining their own device’s condition and connectivity. The Service Provider is not liable for issues resulting from device malfunction, loss of power, or hardware/software problems.

7. Updates & Termination

The Application and its features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Application, you agree to accept such updates or to stop using the Application if discontinued.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically. Continued use of the Application means you accept any updates or modifications.
